CLIO MUSIC AWARDS: 2018 Call For Entries

The Clios have issued a call for entries for the upcoming Clio Music Awards to be held this October during Advertising Week in NYC. Launched 5 years ago and created in partnership with Billboard, Clio Music underscores the visceral power of music to connect consumers and brands. It lives as a section within the annual Clio Awards event dedicated to honoring work that spans artist self-promotion, music marketing, brand collaborations, and the use of music in advertising.

Work is eligible if it first appeared in public between January 1, 2017 – July 31, 2018, and there are three deadlines (April 20, May 18, and June 29, 2018) for submission with entry fees slightly increasing with each one, so it’s ideal to submit early. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate great work and fuel awareness with brands, agencies, and others in the music ecosystem.

For key dates, fees, the recently-announced jury list, and a full list of mediums and categories, please visit Clios.com/music. For creative inspiration, you can also review winning entries or the recap video from the 2017 Clio Awards, held at Lincoln Center last October with musical guests Iron and Wine and Marian Hill, and the 2017 Clio Music Honorary Award recipient Swizz Beatz.

The first entry deadline is coming up on April 20! See here for a complete one sheet with deadlines and info.
