Associate Member Spotlight: Releasing

The problem: your Spotify playlist is not generating enough plays, and the artists on it are not sufficiently promoting it.

The Answer: create a Sponsored Playlist Collective

A Sponsored Playlist Collective is a great way to monetize a playlist and encourage artists on the playlist to tell their fans about it. The way it works is:  you create a playlist with 7-15 artists. Each artist makes posts about the playlist campaign and receives payment from a sponsor as well as additional streaming revenue. Releasing.com provides everything needed to effortlessly create and manage the Collective and the campaign.

We are officially launching Releasing.com at Indie Week and we’d love to create a Playlist Collective for you (free of charge) and share our thoughts about how much media value artists in your Collective might create for a sponsor.

Contact [email protected] today with your playlist URL (7-15 artists)! We’d love to see you at Indie Week. Please stop by our table there!

Releasing.com is the backbone of Artist Collectives and helps groups of artists provide social media marketing support for each other or a common objective. The first Collective is free. A $49/month subscription allows the creation and management of multiple Collectives. Releasing.com was created by FanDistro LLC to provide artists with a marketing approach that does not require them to pay for advertising.
