A2IM Indie Week is a four-day international conference and networking event aimed at maximizing the global impact of Independent music. Featuring keynotes, panels, exclusive networking sessions, and more, Indie Week has historically drawn an attendance of over 1200 participants from over 30 countries.
In response to COVID-19, we took Indie Week online in 2020 and 2021. Now we’re thrilled to announce that Indie Week 2022 will be in-person! For those still uncertain about travel, a virtual option will also be available.
The long awaited return to in-person #A2IMIndieWeek is finally upon us! June 13-16,2022, join us for 4 days of networking sessions, panel discussions, meet and greets with A2IM board and staff, lounge hangs (presented by SoundExchange), and plenty of happy hours 
. Held at the New York Law School, participants will walk away with a comprehensive snapshot of the indie music industry today, and strengthened relationships within the community. A2IM Members get access to steeply discounted tickets!
Per the A2IM Indie Week venue, New York Law School’s rules and regulations, all attendees must be fully vaccinated, boosted and masked.
- Fully vaccinated is defined by 2 doses of Moderna and/or Pfizer OR 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson.
- Booster is defined by a third vaccination for those who had Moderna or Pfizer OR a second vaccination for those who had Johnson and Johnson. The booster need not be the same brand as the initial doses. Anyone who has had a booster after August of 2021 will be admitted into the NYLS.
- Attendees without a booster may provide the results of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test taken on or after June 11, 2022.
- Please bring a physical or digital copy of your results and Indie Week Event staff will verify your results upon arrival.
- Please note that tests should be performed by a lab; home tests will not be accepted.Attendees who are fully vaccinated but not yet eligible for a booster (i.e., they had their second dose of Moderna/Pfizer less than 5 months ago, or their doses of Johnson & Jonson less than 2 months ago, are not required to submit test results.
- For international travelers – A negative antigen test is required to enter the US by air. According to the Centers for Disease Control website, travelers entering the U.S. by air, regardless of citizenship or vaccination status, are required to get a COVID test within 24 hours of travel. Special rules apply for those with recent COVID.

Those who may be entering the U.S. from abroad a few days before the event are still subject to the NYLS testing deadline.Before arriving at NYLS please fill out the following link and upload a copy of your vaccination record. Please disregard the date and in the “Person or Department to be visited” field enter “A2IM Indie Week” NYLS Visitor Booster · OnTask. We also recommend that you bring with you a physical or digital copy of your vaccination record.
