Tell us about how you got your start in the music industry, and how it lead to the work you do today

I consider my first real job in music to be at Girlie Action as a Digital Publicist where I pitched blogs and actually handled artists’ Myspace accounts! From there, I was hired as one of the first employees at Glassnote Records as head of New Media. At Glassnote, I had the incredible experience of working with artist such as Phoenix, Mumford & Sons, and Childish Gambino.

I continued my career in the Digital Marketing space at Island Records where I led the Digital Marketing Team, working with artists such as Shawn Mendes, Fall Out Boy and The Killers! After I left Island, I was really searching for a challenge and wanted to expand my role past a pure Digital Marketing focus. When I met with Emmanuel Zunz about the Head of Marketing job here at ONErpm I immediately knew this was the challenge I was looking for. Not only is our technology unlike anything I had ever seen before – it’s a company with a true Artist Development focus that I feel is necessary and lacking in today’s market.

Is there a success story or career milestone that you are most proud of?

I am blessed to have had so many incredible experiences thus far in my career. When Phoenix was nominated (and then WON!) the Best Alternative Album Grammy those were life changes moments that I will never forget!! Most recently, I am incredibly proud of what we are building here at ONErpm. In less than two years we have launched one of the best DSP teams in the game, Brand Marketing, Sync and Digital Strategy!! Between our Tech and our brilliant team, we have the infrastructure that artists need to grow their careers and expand their audience. It’s such an incredible feeling to be a part of such a special team.

Are there any projects you’re working on or company updates that you’re most excited about?

Oh gosh – I mean there are so many! Artist wise, it’s hard to just name a few.. Chance Pena whose Viral Track “In My Room” has over 100M Streams has tripled his audience since we began working with him this year! A$AP Twelvy is a big focus for us; his new album “Kids Gotta Eat” was just released and YouTube supported it with a Billboard in Times Square! We also just signed Nightly who we are so excited about! Their new album “Wear Your Heart Out” is out August 25th!

In terms of ONErpm there are so many exciting things happening as a company! We are expanding globally and by the end of this year, we will have over 40 offices globally! We launched our Amplifyer tool at the end of last year which allows for complete transparency for our artists; they can see exactly what we are working on for their campaigns at all times! I love that we can offer that level of openness to our artists in such a simple way! We have some other huge announcements coming this year which I am so excited to share soon!

Outside of your work in music, do you have any other hobbies/ particular areas of expertise or interest?

I wish I had a more exciting answer for this one! My husband and I just bought our first home so I am recently obsessed with decor and I spend way too much time on Pinterest.
