Associate Member Spotlight: Dubset

Dubset’s MixBANK service is a free rights management system deployed by Spotify, Apple, Deezer, and over 35,000 labels and publishers (majors and indies) to manage use and receive royalties when their catalog is streamed within mix and remix content. Labels and publishers use MixBANK to set rules (such as black listing of a particular track) that are applied prior to any distribution essentially removing the need for chasing after their works and issuing take down notices. This is incredibly important as it corrects that shortcomings of Safe Harbor and puts the label and publisher back in control of their works.
