Independent Record Pressing is a vinyl record manufacturing plant created to serve the independent label community. Based in Bordentown, New Jersey, we are currently operating six presses and are about to add a second shift. We have the capacity to achieve much better than average turn-times for vinyl manufacturing than what other plants can deliver. We are proud to say that, in our first year of production, we have yet to miss a street date for any of our customers.
Independent’s goals are to manufacture the best possible vinyl records, and to provide superior customer service by being responsive and transparent with realistic turn and delivery times. We strive to be the “go to” plant for independent labels. Some of our current customers are: A to Z Media, ATO, Beggars Group, Captured Tracks, Concord, Copycats, Dualtone, Epitaph, Saddle Creek, and Secretly Group.
We have already been featured in The New York Times & CNBC. And two of our managing partners are currently board members of A2IM: Dave Hansen and Darius Van Arman.
