M for Montreal, Dutch Music Export, Dutch Culture USA, Lorimer Beacon, Sneak Attack Media and Bandsintown teamed up to put on an evening of activities at A2IM’s latest Indie Week.
A reception as well as a showcase were held at PIANOS on Tuesday, June 6. The evening started off with Speakeasy: a music and tech mixer hosted by Sneak Attack Media and Bandsintown.
Once full of poutines and drinks the participants were then invited to the dance floor for an official Indie Week partner showcase presented by M for Montreal, Dutch Music Export, Dutch Culture USA and Lorimer Beacon.
The first floor’s stage featured great talents from Canada and the Netherlands such as Helena Deland (CA), Amber Arcades (NL), Lisa Leblanc (CA), Klangstof (NL), Beyries (CA) and Ghostly Kisses (CA).
The organizations and the bands involved were pleased by the turn out and would be delighted to participate in A2IM’s next editions of Indie Week!
