Europe’s premiere music festival and largest international platform for pop culture, Reeperbahn Festival, is once again at the forefront of change with a powerful presence at this year’s A2IM Indie Week in New York City. Reeperbahn Festival New York will focus on promoting gender equality and diversity in the music industry through its partnership with the initiative Keychange.

Highlight of the Reeperbahn Festival International activities during A2IM Indie Week in New York will be the U.S. launch kick off-event of the international initiative Keychange, which promotes gender equality in the music industry.

At the beginning of the evening, an exciting and interactive conversation based on the topic “From Awareness to Action: Reducing the Gender Gap in the Music Industry” is going to take place. Participants will include representatives from Shesaid.so, Keychange and UN Women.

Furthermore, ROBA Music Publishing will present results of a female, trans & non-binary songwriting camp, which occurred digitally as part of Reeperbahn Festival New York.

Throughout the event, all attendees will have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas on the Delancey’s summery roof terrace while enjoying food and drinks before dancing the night away…

The reception is free to all B2B attendees (no Indie Week badge necessary).
