The Streaming Coordinator is responsible for supporting the streaming marketing shared services department at Concord Music, with an emphasis on analytics and asset coordination for all streaming platforms. This position will report to the Senior Director of Streaming Marketing, support the entire Streaming Department and the SVP of Streaming & Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will anticipate the needs of the department and label group, to best support our artists in the fast paced and ever-changing streaming and digital marketing landscape.
Create & maintain streaming service pitches for all key accounts
Artist profile optimization across all streaming platforms for Concord Music’s artist rosters
Create and organize artist promotion calendars for internal & external use
Create weekly standardized analytics reports for streaming & marketing campaigns
Organize artist and label content for digital asset management distribution
Help develop one sheets and decks for artist & DSP campaigns
Handle department administrative tasks
Research new & developing technologies to help market artists on & off platforms
Work with design teams to secure necessary campaign assets
Execute invoicing, PO creation, and billing for Streaming Marketing Department
2 years experience in the music industry and a Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of major streaming services and social media platforms
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with other Microsoft Office and cloud-based asset management programs
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and thrive on a small team in a fast paced environment
Ability to understand and report marketing analytics
Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trends
