Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the flow of information directly from our artists and labels to the consumer. Whether it’s a poster, a flyer, a Facebook update, an email or a Tweet, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of communicating directly with consumers, from strategy through to the measurement and improvement of a messages impact.
Label is based in NY metropolitan area.
Responsibilities – Maintain and grow existing label (and artists where applicable) direct to fan communication hubs and systems (both online and on land) – Seek out and establish new hubs for communication – Develop strategies for increasing the effectiveness of campaigns and how we measure their effectiveness – communicate a campaign’s effectiveness to other departments – Manage national network of street teams – Production of materials (physical and electronic) – Develop partnerships to improve our effectiveness in the direct to communication
Skills – Minimum two years experience direct to consumer marketing, preferably at a music company – Familiarity with database and communication technologies – Intellectual curiosity for new technologies, tools and channels for communication – Huge passion for music, especially for the artists on our labels – Ability to multi-task and communicate in a high paced environment with fairly frenetic lines of communication – Focus on carrying out the basics while being able to come up with big ideas
