Our colleagues at the US Consulate in Shanghai, China are planning their July 4th celebration. If you have a band on tour in the region or an artist or a band that can play American music in Shanghai, they are looking for an artist to play on July 3rd for up to 2 hours from 5-7pm. Please contact Brett Hernandez at HernandezJB@state.gov if you have any leads. The Consulate has limited funding allocated for the band but is open to funding proposals.
