Associate Member Spotlight: indie.ninja

There is no doubt that the workplace, especially in the music business, is changing. According to a recent study by the Freelancer’s Union, “36% of the U.S. workforce (57.3 million Americans) are now freelancing, contributing to approximately $1.4 trillion annually to the economy, creating an all-time high for the sector.” Workers, particularly millennials, are increasingly turning to the freelance gig economy for new opportunities. This is where indie.ninja comes in.

indie.ninja is a new online marketplace where labels, managers, and artists can find and hire an experienced network of freelancers in various areas such as promotion, marketing, street teams, video editing, social media, live crew and more. On October 25, 2017 at 2pm EDT indie.ninja will host an introductory webinar where company co-founder, Bill Wilson, will give an overview of the site and talk a bit about their upcoming launch into private beta.
