Tim Mandelbaum is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of diverse experience in entertainment law – both on the company and talent sides of the table. He assists a variety of talent and corporate clients in the music, film, television, new media, literature and sports industries, handling matters related to contracts, copyrights, trademarks, branding, sale or acquisition of entertainment-based assets, and more. Tim serves as an Associate Member of A2IM among other industry organizations.

Monika A. Tashman is a skilled and savvy lawyer for clients in the entertainment and music industries, handling transactions, brand development, IP matters and other complex business issues for clients ranging from talented artists to dynamic entrepreneurs to independent record labels to new media and technology companies.

Michael L. Reinert, an experienced entertainment executive, works with a range of platinum-selling artists and serves as legal counsel to some of the world’s largest and most legendary recording companies, and is especially well-versed in drafting and negotiating contracts among other matters.

Kenneth J. Abdo, an experienced attorney of more than 30 years, has served as legal counsel to artists, creators and businesses in the music, film, TV, theater, media and publishing industries, including Grammy® and Emmy® winners.

Lori Landew, a media and entertainment lawyer, focuses her practice in the film, television, music, publishing, sports and fashion industries, assisting clients with the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of complex agreements, as well as matters that involve all aspects of content creation, production and distribution and brand awareness, cultivation, integration and promotion.

Alan Friedman, a seasoned entertainment attorney, leverages his experience of over two decades – including six years as general counsel for Miramax Films – to represent clients in contract matters, copyright and trademark disputes and participation/royalty claims involving motion pictures, music releases and television shows.
