How do I know if I have a login to a2im.org?
Make sure you are not currently logged in. If you’re logged in you will see your name in the upper right-hand corner. If you’re not and you don’t know if you have a profile on the site, email info@a2im.org.
My company and/or personal profile needs to be updated.

I have staff members that I’d like to add to A2IM.org. Can I create/delete profiles?
If you are a group admin, go to your company group > Admin > Manage Members. If you don’t know who your group admin is, contact us.
Do you have a discount to X event/conference?
Most likely we do. You can check our archive of special offers or using “Search articles” field you can type in the event your are looking for. If you still can’t find the discount you are looking for, contact us.
Can I find industry statistics on the website?

What events does A2IM have coming up?
A few. To see a list of upcoming events, go to the homepage and scroll down. To see a calendar view of upcoming events go to the “News” page and scroll down. In this view, you have the ability to Subscribe to our events via Outlook, Apple Mail, Google Calendar, etc.
Can I contact another A2IM member using the website?
Yes. In the upper-left hand corner you can search for “Member orgs” and “People”. It is up to each member whether they want to display their contact info on their profile page.
I have information I’d like to share with A2IM members. How can I do that on the website?
There are two ways to share information with A2IM members. You can create a forum topic where other members can discuss the information, or you can update your status with the information. Other members will be able to view active forum topics and status updates on the Members Homepage.
I’m looking for a service provider to help my business. How can I find A2IM members who provide this service?
Our associate member directory is quite diverse. To filter this list based on service type, you can click on one of the Tags For Associate Member Companies in the right sidebar. (ie. Distributors)
I know that A2IM has member-run committees. Can I see a list of the committees and how do I join a committee?

The easiest way to find something previously written by A2IM is to “Search articles”. To locate this search box, scroll to the top of this page and you will see it located to the right of the “Join” tab.
I’ve got a band with an album coming out/going on tour/that just won an award and I’d like to tell A2IM members. Can I do that on A2IM.org?

I have photos from an A2IM event. Can I post them on A2IM.org?
No, but we’re working on ways to let users add media to status updates. But, in the meantime you can add them to A2IM’s Facebook Group.
It appears I can only crop a portion of my company logo, not the whole thing.
Buddypress only allows cropping a square image for your personal and company “avatar.” We recommend using Aviary or Picnik to create a square image using a transparent background.
