Mobile Backstage brings the intimacy of a band’s backstage experience to wherever their fans are, providing the best way to engage, monetize and mobilize their fan base. Combining the best features of mobile, social media and web 2.0, Mobile Backstage unites an artist’s mobile, Facebook and Internet fan communities to seamlessly connect them with their fans and provide a deeper level of engagement.

Through an artist’s Mobile Backstage iPhone, Android and Facebook apps, artists and fans can exchange news, pictures, videos, audio and text. Fans can send messages to other fans, find and check into gigs, play music, buy music from iTunes and purchase tickets through Songkick. With just one click, fans can select and invite their Facebook friends to join the community. The platform features a customized Google map that enables the community – fans and artists alike – to see where members are located. Fans can not only follow an artist’s movements on the road, but also see the location of other fans and their online posts. These activities build strong and viral communities: a dedicated platform for artists to communicate with their fans, build relationships and generate revenues.
