Redeye Seeks Sales Administrator

Redeye is looking to fill the role of Sales Administrator. This job consists of duties that support Account Representatives in their sales efforts, general operations and customer service. The Sales Administrator will have a key role in helping Redeye achieve our sales goals. Our ideal candidate will have both sales and customer service experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a firm understanding of web programs, email, social media platforms and have a strong passion for the music and labels Redeye distributes.

    Significant duties of the Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Processing customer order entry
  • Implements long lead sales and catalog initiatives across multiple platforms including our web store and social media
  • Maintaining Redeye’s customer facing B2B web store
  • Amazon Vendor Central maintenance
  • Early item release set up with key retail partners
  • Monitoring inbound and outbound EDI document transmissions and working closely to resolve technical issues
  • Any additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
    1. Experience requirements:
  • Some sales experience and a strong passion for music needed
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be proficient in understanding web programs, email, social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Relevant prior job experience in EDI or Customer Service preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Redeye’s catalog and systems, such as Netsuite and C-Panel will be needed once trained

  • Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and have the ability to multitask
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must use detailed thinking in checking for data accuracy
  • Must possess collaborative skills to liaise with other Redeye departments
  • Must be able to problem solve and provide conflict resolution when needed.
  • This is a full time position based in our Hillsborough, North Carolina headquarters.
