International Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:

This position will work with the SVP Digital & New Business in a variety of aspects to generate revenue for Razor & Tie and KIDZ BOP. Responsibilities include project managing KIDZ BOP international releases, analyzing revenue data, and assisting on new business opportunities. Strong communication and analytical skills are a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with project managing the international expansion of KIDZ BOP
• Product manage various international releases including asset management, timelines, and communicating with international partners
• Work closely with the KIDZ BOP US team to ensure cohesive marketing and branding of KIDZ BOP
• Analyze sales & streaming data for KIDZ BOP & Razor & Tie in order to identify growth opportunities
• Help with various new business opportunities for KIDZ BOP & Razor & Tie
• Assist in product management for the Razor & Tie catalog of over 10,000 tracks to ensure revenue is maximized worldwide
• Contribute to the continued expansion of the KIDZ BOP YouTube channel

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience at a music company or brand
• Strong math and analytics skills
• Excel proficiency a plus
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of the digital music landscape
